What I find Matt customers focus on the end figure and compare dyno results from other establishments. The truth is you need to compare your own vehicles before and after results and this yours gains, also you can have great gains but drive ability and reliability can compromised 👌
Very informative lads. Don’t see other workshops giving dyno demos 👍 wouldn’t tune my cars anywhere else.

Loving the informative videos Matt.
In saying that...a very oily intake does seem to flow the carbon through the combustion process. When you delete egr on a low km vehicle it’s quite fascinating how the intake cleans itself over time with the oil, even with a catch can that reduces most of it.

Only a Provent 200 with its coalescing filter medium will reduce the oil vapour enough. HPD and the like are just shiny torturous path cans filled with steel wool. Once saturated (This happens within 100kms of driving) it's useless. Do it once, do it right.
U will keep popping hoses too if u don't run a catch as the oil collects on the joins and pushes thru over time making it slip off when u hit full boost going up a hill then poof seems like u hit a tree then the turbo blows.

Awesome info. I have a 2012 hilux with a stage 3 gturbo, front mount, custom airbox, 3" mantra exhaust, better clutch. I am in Tasmania but will be driving to QLD later this year to get you guys to fit some larger injectors and tune it. It's already had an ECU remap by a local tuner, 119rwkw at 22psi 🙁 would you recommend going with the HKS unit or just ECU remap? also I would like a new set of injectors with enough flow to max out the stock pump. Could you give me a price on that? Also would you recommend any other mods while I am there. I have a EGT and boost gauge.

ALWAYS GET YOUR VEHCILE TUNED ON A DYNO 🤦🏼♂️
After this customer took his car to a well known competitor and wasn’t pleased with the result & sevice he was given he gave us a call at Just Autos. After a brief conversation with the customer we found out that the car was never tuned on a Dyno. Regardless of how good you think your tuning skills may be, tuning without a Dyno is like Russian Roulette you just never know. Tuning on a Dyno gives us the ability to be able to check all boost pressures, afr’s, torque figures & Horsepower!
After some time on the Dyno and a custom written ECU remap and a small drive with the customer after completion! He got the result he was after 198hp and over 650nm
